手持式X熒光光譜儀的生產過程監測

企業在生產過程中,為了保障技術生產要求,對于材料監測理所當然是必要存在的。對于材料的質量管控,有多種檢測方法,直讀光譜儀,X熒光光譜儀,碳硫儀,還有手持式光譜儀。手持式光譜儀雖然也是使用X熒光檢測技術,但是在實際生產檢測過程中的作用是不一樣的。


傳統材料控制方法存在的問題


20世紀80年代材料驗證在制造過程早期(進料階段),不能覆蓋全過程,后續材料流轉和外協過程容易混料;

試樣分析的是原材料而不是成品,中間多個過程容易混料;

材料的抽樣數量有限,不具備*代表性,尤其是同一批進料可能來自不同爐/批次的情況下;在質量體系難以完善的情況下,更突顯上述問題。

20世紀8手持式光譜儀側重于“面"(全檢)上控制,確保100%的零件材料正確;

臺式光譜儀側重于“點"(試樣)上控制,確保單個試樣測量結果100%準確;

手持式光譜儀快速定位“可疑材料",臺式光譜儀進行精確分析,點面結合;

手持光譜儀無損的特點,使檢測成品成為可能,攔截所有前面環節漏網的不合格材料。

在對精度沒有苛刻要求的場合,手持光譜儀的“準定量分析"可以替代臺式光譜儀


其他問題

手持式光譜儀提供準定量檢測,確保供方材料已得到控制;如各方對結果有異議,可制作試樣送大型臺式光譜儀進一步精確分析材料并獲得證書。手持式光譜儀與臺式光譜儀并非替代關系,而是結合使用,互為補充,發揮各自優勢。
