RoHS鹵素分析儀,《電子信息產品中有毒有害物質的檢測方法》(以下簡稱《檢測方法》,標準號為 SJ/T 11365-2006)對RoHS要求中有害元素測試方法給予了限定。其中X射線熒光光譜(XRF)作為一種快捷、方便的方法被制定為快速篩選方法。使用X射線熒光光譜法(XRF)可對鉛(Pb)、汞(Hg)、鎘(Cd)、鉻(Cr)以及溴(Br)五種元素的相應標準樣品進行精確測試??墒腔?XRF的原理所獲得的結果只是元素的含量,也就是說如果這種篩選測試得到鉻(Cr)或溴(Br)的含量,即使它們們超標也并不能代表有害物質(Cr VI)與阻燃劑PBB和PBDE)超標,這個測試結果(指含有)只是含有相應有害物質的必要條件而并非充分條件。這也就是限值表中沒有這兩種有害物質不合格的限值判斷依據的原因。
