T-450臺式糧食重金屬檢測儀采用高精度X射線熒光(HDXRF)技術,通過采用單色和聚焦光學器件雙曲面彎晶光學晶體(DCC),將設備信噪比大幅提高,使得與傳統能量色散X射線熒光技術(EDXRF)相比的檢測精度大大提升。

T-450臺式糧食重金屬檢測儀在糧食重金屬污染物檢測方面表現非凡,在分析糧食樣品時具有良好的檢測精度如圖2和3所示。表1中所列的使用T-450產品測試大米標準物質的重復性數據顯示,稻米中鎘元素的檢出下限可低至0.025mg/kg,遠低于法規中小麥0.1 mg/kg和大米0.2mg/kg的鎘元素限值。T-450 系列產品的檢測水平可與實驗室化學方法媲美。
